Flying Yoga is also called Anti-gravity yoga or Aerial yoga. It combines the traditional yoga poses, pilates and dance with the use of a special kind of hammock which can support up to 300Kg. You don’t need to be an acrobat to learn. The instructor will teach the basic steps, so it is also suitable for beginners.
Flying Yoga uses a special hammock to align the spine by minimizing the pressure between tightened joints.
With this kind of yoga it is possible to keep difficult yoga postures for longer, properly align you body causing less strain on your muscles. It also allows you to stretch more deeply.

The facility includes a large flying yoga classroom, shower room, fitting room, lounge, powder room, lockers, and even an “Inbody” Body Composition Analyser machine among other utilities. Towels and shower products will be also provided. Free parking is available for participants.
